Return & Refund

Return the product;

  • If the item is damaged upon arrival, send it back to us for a new replacement at no cost 
  • Returns if you receive a different color/version/size of the product different from what you purchased.

 

Steps to take to apply refund/return

  • Step 2: We will get back to you with information’s how to return the product (Include shipping address )

 

Approval of Refund

We process your REFUND within 10 working days, and it may take additional 15 working days to reflect on your bank account, depending on your bank processing time. 

The refund goes back to the same account/card and bank detail we received the payment
